Three food‑loving brothers from Syria – Mohammad, Wassim and Omar – have created their own brand of cuisine at Orfali Bros Bistro. The globetrotting siblings combine culinary influences from around the world with flavours from the Mediterranean to create a truly cosmopolitan and unique menu. Dishes on the tasting menu have names as playful as their flavours: consider Guess What?, a lacto‑fermented tomato part‑soup, part‑salad that combines feta, purslane and sourdough. Look out for the creamy, umami flan starter that pairs a disc of caviar with onion tamari caramel. The two‑storey open test kitchen looks onto the intimate dining room, allowing guests to watch as their meals come to life.
