Since its introduction in 2016, Asia's 50 Best Bars has been shining a spotlight on the best-in-class cocktail spots across the region, from Mumbai to Manila and Kathmandu to Kuala Lumpur. Following award ceremony reveals in Singapore, Bangkok and Hong Kong, the programme travelled to Macau in 2025, where Bar Leone took home the title of The Best Bar in Asia for a second consecutive year.
In 2026, the series of events is returning to the glitzy halls of Wynn Resorts for the unveiling of the list of Asia's 50 Best Bars 2026, sponsored by Perrier. Bringing together the very best bar talent from across Asia, the teams behind the upcoming ranking will first assemble the night before the awards ceremony at the Bartenders' Feast at Gourmet Pavilion, Wynn Palace's ultra-luxury food hall inspired by street food centres and markets of Asia.

On Tuesday 28 July, all eyes will be on the Grand Theatre within Wynn Palace for the live ranking reveal. Eager bar teams and industry titans will walk the red carpet, reunite and imbibe, before special award winners and the newly anointed No.1 bar takes the ultimate top spot on stage.
The following day in the wake of the awards ceremony celebrations, festivities will culminate at the 50 Best Closing Party: an afternoon brunch-style event that allows bar teams to bid one final goodbye to this year's events programme.
In addition to its selection of exclusive invite-only events held across the city, the 2026 programme will also see the return of 50 Best Signature Sessions: a selection of one-time-only collaborations between world-leading talent. Last year's line-up saw two roaring dining and drinking showcases, with New York-Japanese bar Martiny's providing a cocktail omakase experience with dishes from Sushi Mizumi, and Sydney's Maybe Sammy bringing a party-ready pairing to Drunken Fish in Wynn Macau.

In the build-up to the events in Macau, 50 Best will showcase a selection of other leading bars and talent in Asia through the announcement of two special accolades. These include the Michter's Art of Hospitality Award, bestowed upon the bar the anonymous Academy of more than 300 voters deem offered the best service over the voting period, and the Altos Bartenders' Bartender Award, the only peer-voted accolade celebrating an individual that ranked bars believe has had the most positive impact on the drinks industry. The extended ranking of bars placed from 51st to 100th will also be revealed in the weeks prior to the events landing in Macau. Stay tuned to 50 Best's Instagram page for updates and announcements.
