André Chiang took part in a live interview at #50BestTalks in Macao.
Since closing Restaurant André in February, chef André Chiang has been exploring his Taiwanese roots and focusing on helping young chefs to grow – as well as working on plans for two new restaurants, including one in the space of his old flagship restaurant in Singapore and one in another Asian city.
Two months post-Restaurant André, Chiang spoke about his favourite memories and learnings over the course of his career, as well as winning the Diners Club Lifetime Achievement Award at Asia's 50 Best Restaurants and plans for the future.
