Low lighting, palm trees and stylish partitions set the mood for a romantic meal created by Peruvian chef Eddie Castro, although lunchtime attracts a business crowd. Reserve a seat at the sushi bar for a close-up of the swift knifework. House specialties include smoked octopus tiradito, scallop and shrimp ceviche in wasabi sauce and Chirashi Causa (ceviche plus sashimi and prawns in an anticucho sauce).
