Duddell's
Hong Kong, China
Part Chinese restaurant, part museum, Duddell’s is a cultural centre for lovers of the arts. Split over multiple floors, the venue houses screenings, talks and exhibitions, while dishing up world-class Cantonese cuisine in its third-floor dining room, conceived by designer André Fu to capture the spirit of an art collector's home. There's sensational dim sum and a la carte favourites, alongside degustation showstoppers such as Peking duck, whole Yoshihama abalone and Duddell's signature crispy fried chicken. One floor up, a lounge-like space offers a more casual alternative, serving 'heritage-inspired' small plates, all-day dim sum and weekend brunch both indoors and on an elegant terrace.
