One of the late and great Joel Robuchon’s earliest and most celebrated Asian outposts, this swanky restaurant is decked out in Robuchon’s signature red and black, featuring a circular bar and an open kitchen. The menu features tapas portions of expertly executed French classics, such as the free range quail and foie gras with wild girolles mushrooms and parsley, or the Sologne Imperial caviar with fine jelly and cauliflower cream. There are premiumised hearty classics such as steak tartare with black truffle and hand-cut French fries, a wealth of French cheeses and bread made in house. A sumptuous and very French experience.
