Led by chef Olivier Elzer and meaning flight en Francais, L’Envol serves fine French cuisine but utilising an array of Asian ingredients. The space is decked out with sophisticated marble and wood with floods of natural light and an open kitchen. Only set menus are served here, changing based on the availability of produce but tending towards seafood t, with premium ingredients such as Hokkaido sea urchin to the fore. L’Envol also features a substantial wine list of 800-plus labels, and meals can be finished with a cheese cart that features more than 15 French varieties, and an indulgent chocolate trolley for those that way inclined.
