This Japanese, Ginza-style whiskey and cocktail bar is tucked away in a commercial building in a quiet nook of Hong Kong’s raucous Wan Chai. Featuring an oasis-like Japanese garden and sophisticated decor such as a rich wooden bar and leather seats, Mizunara has a whiskey collection of over 700 bottles from Japan, Scotland, Taiwan and India. Cocktails here range from well-executed classics, to in-house signatures and bespoke concoctions including shochu and awamori-inspired sips, using hand cut ice and meticulous mixology.
