A collaboration between JIA Group’s Yenn Wong and French chef Julien Royer (of Asia’s 50 Best previous No.1 Odette), much-hyped Louise is located within the gardens of the historic PMQ design centre. The two-storey site features La Terrace by Louise on the ground floor – a casual, bistro counterpart to the elegant, light-filled dining room on the upper level, all designed by André Fu of Upper House fame. Cooking arrives via executive chef Loic Portalier with gems such as a grilled foie gras dumpling with a lobster and hibiscus consommé,  Brittany Dover sole cooked in sake and seaweed beurre blanc with bok choi, and wild mushroom ravioli rounding out the menu.
