What was once a nautically inclined theme, the bar has settled into itself since opening in 2014 and is now better described as a classy and elegant spot on the Parisian cocktail scene serving up pastis, classics and complex original creations that push beyond the norm. As an example of the creativity you'll find behind the bar, look to the Roquettini – a cocktail inspired by a zingy and summery Mediterranean salad. Fresh rocket, cherry tomato, white balsamic vinegar and lemon all make it into the unique mix, alongside vodka and a topping of pepper. Service is easy-going and accessible, much like the venue itself.
