The home of Korean-born Pierre Sang Boyer, 2011 finalist in French TV show ‘Top Chef’. Within a year of finding fame, he opened this, his first of three Parisian restaurants. Expect a curated set meal (there’s no à la carte) combining French and Korean cuisines in elegant yet industrial surroundings (brushed steel and exposed concrete all the way). Boyer blends rich umami flavours with tart acidic notes in his dishes to stunning effect. Past triumphs include sesame tuna with haricot vert salad, fennel and wasabi peas, and octopus ragout with vinaigrette and quinoa.
