Partners beyond the kitchen too, their shared passion and meticulous attention to detail is evident throughout. The Friday lunch menu is particularly good value, offering four courses for under €100 – a rarity in Paris. Fish features prominently, from delicate sea bream ceviche with fermented yuzu sorbet to roasted sea bass fillet with braised fennel, finished with a rich red wine bone jus and a creamy lemon and sage sabayon.
