Zephyr Bar has all the makings of an utterly brilliant night out. The music is loud, the crowd is fun and the back bar is crammed with every bottle you can think of, then flanked with fresh produce for the cocktails. The drinks here play with flavour and technique but keep drinkability as a priority, with house creations like the Chai & Peach Smash blending bourbon with peach, mint and chai for a taste that somehow marries the Deep South with the Indian Subcontinent. During COVID-times the team pivoted to offering some seriously fancy slushies to go - complete with signature fancy garnish – finally, one thing from the pandemic that we hope sticks around!
