Marzapane in Rome's sedate Pinciano district has been through both a location and personnel change, and while front of house Mario Sansone remains in situ, it's all change in the kitchen with under the reign of chef Antonio Altamura. Marzapane offers an á la carte menu alongside a choice of two tasting menus, featuring dishes like crunchy rabbit dumplings with spicy ‘nduja pork and pepper juice or sheep saUSge with black garlic and caraway seeds.
