DJ and chef Vanne Kuwahara is at the helm of one of the most sought-after yakiniku (grilled meat) restaurants in town. Set menus cater to different price points, but all focus on wagyu beef with a selection of appetisers to start. Think silken tofu and herb broth and different iterations of classic kimchi, followed by tongue soaked in brine and served with a squeeze of lemon and unctuous sirloin cooked to perfection at your tables. A pumping sound track is personally curated by the chef.
