A tavern, for the modern age, this bar is inspired by the watering holes of yore, giving the concept a 21st century makeover. Large-scale urban art by Conrad Florez anchors the cool, considered interior, where a sweeping backlit bar holds court amongst minimalist furniture. Led by Joel Chirinos – one of Peru's biggest bar personalities – the ever-changing cocktail menu heroes seasonal and local ingredients, with pisco is ever-present, elegantly presented, sometimes with a theatrical flourish. A menu of local cuisine rounds out what amounts to a love letter to Lima's gastronomic heritage.
