Ceia

One of the hottest tickets in town, with only 14 spots a night, but zero snobbery. Ceia is Portuguese for supper and the style here is more dinner party than restaurant as guests eat a convivial meal around a shared table. Its current menu from chef Renato Bonfim – who joined the restaurant in 2023 – is centred around the climate change and its effect on global gastronomy. The majority of the produce used in dishes throughout its tasting menu, titled 'The Last Harvest' comes from a local farm Herdade no Tempo, who champion regenerative practices. Resultantly, courses work alongside the season and change depending on the availability of ingredients at the time. Pairings are availalbe in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic varieties to round off the experience.
