The winner of the Bareksten Best Bar Design Award as part of Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2023, Night Hawk offers originality in every aspect of the hospitality experience.
The cosy 22-seat space opened in May 2022 blending elements a futurism and escape from the city, inspired by artist Edward Hopper's famous painting of the same name. Bar entrepreneur Peter Chua engaged a leading architect to maximize each facet of the diminutive space. The seats are foldable, the back bar fridges slide away for bartender ease, and clever alcoves have been created for server movement.
The drinks at Night Hawk are classic with modern twists, with an emphasis on the strong and long. The menu includes the signature Nighthawk cocktail, a blend of vodka, bespoke syrup and coffee that riffs on an espresso martini.
