Stay Gold Flamingo is the union of two titans: Jigger & Pony's (No.32 in Asia's 50 Best Bars 2023) former head bartender Jerrod Khoo and Bai JiaWei, previously of the acclaimed Employees Only Singapore. What this duo have done here is something entirely new, creating one venue for guests in the daytime, and another for the evening.
Flamingo is a coffee shop open from 8am-4pm, whilst Stay Gold is a good-time cocktail bar from 5pm to midnight, kicking off with a daily happy hour from 5-7pm where a handful of cocktails are priced at just $11 apiece. Flamingo serves a choice of low-ABV drinks alongside coffee, such as the Pink Guava Bellini, which mixes gin, guava and prosecco whilst at Stay Gold you can go for something punchier, such as the Wild Fresh Sawa – a gin sour made with yuzu, chamomile and home-grown basil.
