Seoul's Pussyfoot Saloon transports guests into a world of vintage first-class train travel via an interior designed to resemble a carriage, complete with video screens showing various locations passing by. There's a fine selection of cocktails on offer for the journey, with a focus on classics, as well as a list of signature drinks. Take the ‘South East’, for example, with Honjozo sake, clarified banana juice and parsley distillate. Having only opened in February 2018, this bar from Wendell Louie and Bob Louison has already made its mark on the local scene and was named One To Watch by Asia’s 50 Best Bars in 2019.
