Zero Complex

Seoul, South Korea

Located in Seoul’s Little France neighbourhood, Zero Complex is the home of chef Lee Chung-hu’s innovative, French-inspired neo-bistro. A regular-changing short tasting menu offers minimalist and often vegetable-focused courses based on one main ingredient, such as corn, asparagus, mushroom or chocolate. The dining room itself is similarly stripped back, with plenty of space between the white tables and wooden chairs. Chung-hu and team use herbs and flowers from the restaurant’s own greenhouse, and the food is paired with natural wines.
