Set in a stylish yet cosy dining room within the Mandarin Oriental, Moments is a collaboration between Carme Ruscalleda, widely regarded as one of Spain’s best chefs, and her son Raül Balam. With Catalan food at its heart, the restaurant offers the option of a 13-course tasting or an à la carte menu of meat, fish and refreshing starters such as ceviche or tuna loin. The degustation takes diners from Sant Pol de Mar to Barcelona via Tokyo (all locations of Ruscalleda’s restaurants).
