An opulent, high-ceilinged room on the top floor of the Casino de Madrid is home to Paco Roncero Restaurante (previously known as La Terraza del Casino), one of Madrid’s finest dining destinations since 1988. Well-known chef Paco Roncero commands a 10 and a 18-course tasting menu, each taking diners through innovative dishes such as Crawfish salad with pink tomato snow, Meunière clam with coffee and lime and Millenial olive tree. The colourful and airy dining room was redesigned in 2007 and is worth a visit for its geometric shapes, intriguing chandeliers and playful art alone.
