Hōseki serves as intimate a meal as is possible within a restaurant – this minimalist destination only has nine seats where guests enjoy an omakase (chef's choice) tailored experience from Masahiro Sugiyama. Each course is based on the preferences of those seated at the counter, as well as on the freshest ingredients available, meaning no two meals are exactly alike. The Dubai skyline may glitter in the background, but the real spectacle is Sugiyama himself, a sixth‑generation sushi master whose knife skills unfold just mere inches away.
