Elske (‘love’ in Danish) is the brainchild of husband-and-wife chef team David and Anna Posey. Both veterans of local legend Paul Kahan's restaurants, they have amassed experience and inspiration all around the world, but especially in Scandinavia. Their first solo project is as at home in Chicago as it would be in Copenhagen, with creative and economical tasting menus available each night. Diners shorter on time will find plenty of small plates available à la carte, as well as craft cocktails and natural wines that are ideal for sipping by the fireplace.
