Bar Leather Apron is all polished wood and tattooed bartenders wearing – you guessed it – leather aprons. The menu is split into four sections: signature drinks, classic/modern cocktails, highballs and most interestingly, farm-to-table creations made using organic, seasonal, local ingredients. Drinks include ‘Mari's Garden’, which blends Botanist Gin, watermelon, cucumber, yuzu, celery and fennel bitters and soda, and the ‘Red Shiso Smash’, a blend of Nikka Taketsuru, red micro shiso, yuzu, lemon, wasanbon sugar and soda.
