Casual yet elegant dining is the focus at Senia, a joint venture between Hawaiian and British chefs Chris Kajioka and Anthony Rush. Their farm-to-table approach brings ingredients such as fresh heart of palm to its two menus. Small plates designed to be shared form the à la carte, while the 12-course tasting menu is taken at the chef’s counter.
