Constant evolution is the ethos at Senia, a refined casual restaurant from British chef Anthony Rush, whose collaborative approach to cooking folds in influences from the experience and heritage of all chefs on staff. The bounty of Hawaiian ingredients is on full display in the minimal space (marked by exposed brick walls) with small plates designed to be shared forming the a la carte offerings. The 12-course tasting menu (Fridays and Saturdays only) is taken at the chef’s counter. Start with snacks such as roasted bone marrow with oxtail marmalade and homemade Hawaiian rolls before moving on to artfully plated dishes such as charred Caraflex cabbage and herb-roasted rack lamb with lamb bacon. Don't miss the most popular dish: smoked Ahi Cigars, made with brick pastry, yuzu kosho aioli and chives.
