Housed in the Strip’s Park MGM resort in a sultry labyrinthine den of rooms-within-rooms, Bavette’s reputation for sensational USDA prime beef precedes it. The convivial crowd here is as serious about good food as it is good times. Expect blushing 42-day dry-aged ribeyes, towering seafood platters and brasserie-style dishes, bolstered by the likes of roasted bone marrow with red onion jam.
