The name Nubeluz fuses the Spanish words nube (cloud) and luz (light) as a nod to the bar’s lofty setting. The menu puts a spotlight on contemporary re-envisioning of classic cocktails, running the gamut from the adonis to a tom collins, and on Saturdays and Sundays during brunch hours, the bar offers high tea service, which includes sweet and savoury options plus a glass of champagne. With an interior decor that matches the striking views beyond, there’s no better place for date night. Note: a strict dress code – cocktail attire only – is enforced.
