This immersive dining experience, which blends culinary precision with sensory storytelling, is the creation of mould-breaking chef Vladimir Mukhin, who has blazed a trail ever since opening his restaurant White Rabbit in Russia. Now he brings his avant-garde cooking and depth of imagination to Dubai with a unique version of ‘gastro theatre’. There can be only 20 people per two-hour sitting, choosing from two menus: Imaginary Art – a meal dedicated to the world’s most renowned artists, where paintings and dishes come together – or Imaginary Future, which unveils the futuristic scenarios of humankind across seven courses. Either way, expect projections, interactive games and animations as diners are invited to lose themselves in their imagination on a journey they’ve likely never embarked on before. Finishing off with dessert on the terrace with spectacular views over Burj Khalifa is a memory maker. Go hungry and with an open mind.
