The 50 Best Recovery Summit takes place next week, bringing three days of unrivalled gastro-learning from 13-15 October with all sessions free and open for anyone in the world to watch. Discover what you can expect from the virtual event, which will explore how the restaurant world can thrive once again and look at what the experts are doing right now to combat the pandemic

With nine inspiring sessions across three days of thought-provoking content, the 50 Best Recovery Summit will bring the gastronomic community together online from 13-15 October. From renowned culinary innovators to business leaders and restaurant pioneers, the Recovery Summit will seek to answer the questions on everyone’s mind: what does a post-pandemic restaurant world look like, and how can the community come together to create an equitable and sustainable future for the industry?

The summit is part of the 50 Best for Recovery programme, created in partnership with S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna to support restaurants worldwide during Covid-19. TUESDAY 13 OCTOBER

15:00 – Food Meets Hope by S.Pellegrino

WEDNESDAY 14 OCTOBER

9:00 – Interview with May Chow, Little Bao

The chef-owner of Little Bao in Hong Kong and Bangkok, and winner of the Asia’s Best Female Chef Award 2017, will discuss what it’s like to manage a casual-dining concept during a pandemic in this Instagram Live interview.

10:00 – Masterclass with Lennox Hastie, Firedoor

17:00 – Interview with Daniel Humm, Eleven Madison Park
