This sushi restaurant is located in the high-end Bedford Park area of north Toronto but you may as well be in Ginza, Tokyo such is its authenticity. Chef and owner Jackie Lin brings more than 20 years’ experience of crafting exquisite Edomae style sushi to provide truly special occasions for the discerning customer. This means that he only offers the best wild-caught fish which he believes is found in Japanese waters. A long way to travel but its Edomae style preservation provides the freshest of flavours. Served to 14 guests at a traditional hinoki wood counter facing the kitchen, plus additional but limited seating, Lin’s team are attentive and extremely knowledgeable.
