Forum

Hong Kong, China

Forum has been serving Cantonese food for over 40 years, and its iconic dish – the Ah Yat braised abalone – is named after its creator and Forum’s owner Yeung Koon Yat. Premium abalone is slow-cooked in broth for days and comes with the option to add goose web, dried seafood or fish maw on top. With contemporary Chinese decor, the restaurant remains fresh despite its rich history. While there is a set banquet menu, a la carte is also available, as well as a dim sum offering featuring classics such as steamed barbecued pork bun or specials such as the deep fried taro dumpling with foie gras.
