A sophisticated salon of whitewashed brick and white linen with an open kitchen. This is French cuisine from Japanese chef Ryuji Teshima, enhanced with some Nipponese techniques. Teshi, as he’s known, opened Pages in 2014 after a stint apprenticed to the famous Parisian butcher Hugo Desnoyer, so look out for his rarefied treatment of flesh and fowl. A €55 ($60) lunch menu would be a steal anywhere in Paris, but especially in the conservative Chaillot district, which Teshi has shaken up with Pages and its groovy younger sibling, 116 Pages.
