A minimalist and elegant restaurant just outside Parma, Inkiostro offers a boundary-pushing take on Emilia’s traditional produce. Creativity is at the heart of Terry Giacomello’s cuisine, drawing on globe-trotting influences to create dishes that catch the eye. Giacomello, who worked with international culinary masters such as Ferran Adrià and Alex Atala, offers a 19-course tasting menu that takes in bottarga-stuffed fresh pasta, rabbit canapés and egg and truffle. The cellar counts nearly 1,000 labels and around 150 spirits and liqueurs.
