The restaurant grows around 300 varieties of vegetables, herbs and fruits on site, and supplements the kitchen with locally sourced produce. The dynamic kitchen team creates a new prix fixe menu weekly based on the season’s harvest. On sunny days, guests can sit outside on the patio in the garden. Small dishes feature simple presentation and fresh, light flavours. A complementary wine list boasts a selection of 40 sustainable wines.
