Rodolfo Angenscheidt is on a mission to put the best Paraguayan flavours and ingredients on the plate with his colourful and creative, yet hearty, dishes. Meat and fish are the stars here, with dishes such as 28-day grass-fed Paraguayan beef, and surubí fish served with moringa herbs and orange. There’s also an extensive South America-focused wine list. Food portions are well-sized, with Angenscheidt taking inspiration for some of his dishes from ancient tribal recipes. The restaurant made Latin America’s 50 Best list in 2016.
