Nutmeg & Clove's concept draws on Singapore's heritage, and its rich, pluralistic culture. Inside, pastel pink walls are adorned with graphic posters of iconic Singaporean locations, softly illuminated by woven lamps hanging overhead. The current menu celebrates the best of local Singaporean businesses, paying tribute to the communities that shore up the world-famous market stalls, potters, tailors, coffee shops and furniture makers that make up the city's rich industrial fabric. Don't miss the Rattan-tastic, which uses rattan palm-bamboo liqueur and rum paired with dried sugarcane, pine tea and a splash of clarified green apple and celery juice.
