Nutmeg & Clove
The concept of Nutmeg & Clove's menu is rooted in the flora and fauna of Singapore and Malacca, taking inspiration from the William Farquhar Collection of Natural History Drawings, commissioned by the first British Resident and Commandant of Singapore. The menu is split into six sections: Fruits, Flora, Fauna, Herbs, Spice and Vegetables and nuts - all beautifully illustrated, of course. The space is split across two floors and has a mostly monochrome interior with pops of red, intricate woodwork and vintage 1960s posters.
