The third restaurant from the Noble Rot team is tucked away in a secreted-away alley of London's historic Shepherd Market, overseen by head chef Adam Wood (ex-Parilla and The Square) and executive chef Stephen Harris of The Sportsman. Like its siblings, the regularly-changing menu has its own distinctive character and focuses on indulgent ‘future classics’: think smoked eel, potato and Avruga caviar; beef tartare, smoked egg yolk and cheddar; and whole Dover sole, mussels and morels. There’s a great-value set-lunch menu, too, while the wine list is the group’s most ambitious yet (from much-loved ‘house’ vinho verde Chin Chin to rare vintages of Château Latour and Domaine de la Romanée-Conti.
