Descend the staircase from the Little Bubble Bar, where plush banquettes are lined with Cubist-inspired fabrics designed by Hermes, into the main dining room where you'll be greeted by a team of velvet-clad staff. Everything about Delilah is unashamedly extra. Behind the pass, executive chef Joshua Smith delivers a greatest hits tour of luxury gastronomy, from grilled wagyu short rib and lobster tail to beef wellington carved tableside.
