Sourcing the freshest fish daily, that's then complemented by products from all over the globe, chef Jeff Ramsey and his team bring a Japanese gastronomic experience to the entertainment capital of the world. There are multiple dining experiences to be had within the restaurant, each with their own identity – there's omakase, robatayaki, sashimi and a sushi bar, as well as theatrical cooking in the intimate teppanyaki room, while the sansui menu is served at a table floating above the koi-filled outdoor pond. An extensive sake menu adds to the extravagance, just as it should in Sin City.
