Situated in the palazzo lobby of The Venetian Resort, chef Tetsuya Wakuda’s eponymous restaurant features seafood flown-in from around the world in a quest to bring the best sushi imaginable to the Las Vegas strip. Other delicacies such as Japanese Wagyu, scallops, uni, and snow crab – all carefully prepared by the celebrated chef – also make occasional appearances on the menu. With interior design inspired by Tokyo's electric Shinjuku neighborhood of Tokyo, Wakuda is a snazzy place to see and be seen. For high rollers, an ultra-luxurious omakase experience is on offer in the back room speakeasy, where a private bar and bartender serve rare and high-status drinks alongside an exclusive selection of nigiri, rolls and other bespoke dishes.
