As to be expected of a fitness brand, the hotel aims to promise a healthier retreat, featuring medical-grade air filtration and health-optimised sleep experiences with COCO-MAT beds, blackout curtains and personalised room temperatures to start. The centrepiece? The Equinox gym, spanning a simply ridiculous 60,000 sq ft, with guests becoming temporary club members, granting access to top-tier fitness facilities, four pools, a spa, Soul Cycle studio and personalised wellness solutions like quantum harmonics sessions and cryotherapy. Dining options are health-focused, too. At Electric Lemon, chef Michael Navarrete combines sultry design with seasonal menus emphasising hearty yet healthy nutritious meals, such as prawns over heirloom rice and ginger-spiked crab. The Broken Coconut, adjacent to the health centre, caters to breakfast with nutrient-rich options like egg-white omelettes and buckwheat pancakes. For an evening unwind, the 8,000 sq ft terrace offers sunset views over the Hudson.
