Ryan Hardy’s fresh, flavourful cooking is inspired by Italy’s northern coastline. Concise menus kick off with bread served with rosemary lardo before moving on to whole duck studded with crispy chilli and fennel seeds and excellent quality antipasti. It’s worth arriving early and pulling up a stool at the horse shoe-shaped bar for a glass from the list curated by Arvid Rosengren, who won the 2016 Association de la Sommellerie World's Best Sommelier competition.
