Alsace-born chef Gabriel Kreuther uses the cuisine of his home region to inspire the menu at his elegant eponymous restaurant. There are two tasting menus, the ‘Heritage’, which  features sauerkraut and sturgeon tart smoked under a glass cloche, citrus-cured cobia yellowfin tuna and Alsatian tarte flambée, and the longer ‘Carte Blanche’, which extends to include foie gras, raw fish, a cheese course and tableside presentations. Lunch prix fixe offers duck leg confit and olive oil-poached Atlantic cod. The flawless food is matched by the impeccable surroundings in a dining room surrounded by wood beams that were inspired by the timber homes of Alsace.
