Bon Bon

Brussels, Belgium

Traditional in its architecture and wooded grounds, modern enough to have its own mobile app to share details of new menus and events, Bon Bon is a labour of love by Christophe Hardiquest and his wife Stéphanie. Opened in 2001, with little more than a stove and a dishwasher, it has since won a clutch of awards for its sustainable, produce-led food. A comfortable dining room with something of a ‘60s vibe is the scene for a selection of menus that pay tribute to Belgian traditions, supplemented by plenty of contemporary flair.
