The doctor will see you now. Another speakeasy from the team at Ming Fat, Dr Fern's is inspired by a fictitious physician. It's hidden away within the Landmark Atrium shopping development. Guests first enter via the ‘Waiting Room’ – of course – before reaching an eccentric apothecary-inspired drinking den. There's an extensive selection of global gins and premium tonics, and all the bar's cocktails are vegetable-based. Think ‘Kale Sour’ and ‘Onion Gimlet’, which might not be the prescribed way of getting your five-a-day, but if the doctor says so...
