This incarnation of Please Don't Tell (PDT) in Hong Kong's Landmark Mandarin Oriental is a long way from the original in Manhattan, which was once crowned The World’s Best Bar. Following on from a month-long pop-up, the iconic New York bar now has an additional permanent home above the hotel's MO Bar. This outpost has much in common with the original, down to its entrance through a phone booth, taxidermy decor and hotdogs on the food menu. Cocktails are top-notch, of course, with drinks like the ‘Hakushu Haiku’ combining Distiller’s Reserve Japanese whisky, organic sanshu mirin, orange bitters, shiso, pomelo and kinome.
