Mobiles are confiscated upon arrival, before the dining experience unfolds, dishing up ultra-luxe food in a fantastical setting. The idea? A 20-course, kaleidoscope of crazy culinary ideas: expect a tongue-tingling palate cleanser shot straight into your mouth, vodka chasers poured from a petrol can following a caviar bump, plus traditional dishes like Norwegian lobster, but it may well be spoon-fed to you by the chefs. Even the table water arrives in a plastic watering can. If you're after a cheaper option, menus are cheaper during weekday seatings.
