Chef Daniel Rose brings the City of Light to the Big Apple in his first restaurant on home soil. After graduating from the American University of Paris, Rose stayed on in France and turned his love of the local cuisine into a career, learning to cook at the Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon and opening restaurants in Paris. At Le Coucou, classics such bouillabaisse and duck à l'orange for two are updated and the candlelit dining room is one of New York's most romantic. A few years into its existence, this little slice of Paris is still one of the hottest tables in town.
